1 · Tell us what you want
Choose the rights you are using and the law you are asking under. The law sets the deadline we answer by.
2 · Confirm it is you
We email a link to the address you give. Nothing happens to your data until you click it, so nobody can ask for your data in your name.
3 · Follow it
The same email carries a status link. It needs no login and shows every step as it happens, with the date we must answer by.
4 · Keep the receipt
When we finish, the status page offers a signed receipt of what we did. Anyone can check its signature against our published keys without asking us.
Already a customer? Your account's data-rights page files the same request without the email step, because signing in already proves who you are.
